AZACRAFT – The Story Behind the Steps

I started life without being a child ;  I woke up to the reality of adulthood too early.

I worked as a dump truck worker, earning ₦150 a day… but I wanted more.

The thirst for sustainability led me into footwear making, and there I found purpose.

Yet, my dump truck work didn’t stop , instead, I organized a team of scrap pickers, because I am one myself.

Today, I’m proud to say every footwear made at AZACRAFT is proof that waste can walk again.

Or one that tells you the right police department to call in an emergency?

We infuse technology for safety because the silence around girl-child abuse and the 24,000 people who go missing every year is deafening.

AZACRAFT is not just about fashion , it’s about purpose.

It’s about creating employment for recycling agents and redefining what sustainability looks like in Africa.

We’re not competing. We’re becoming.

Because the eye of London means nothing to the blind.
