Stage 1: Collection

We start by gathering discarded materials — old tyres, discarded shoes ..... Our mission is to remove these wastes from

streets and dumpsites, reducing environmental pollution while preparing them for transformation.

 Stage 2: Sorting & Cleaning

All collected items are carefully sorted by type and texture. Tyres are cleaned and stripped, sawdust is sieved for consistency, and organic matter like cow dung is sun-dried and treated to remove odour and bacteria.

Stage 3: Processing & Mixing

Here’s where innovation meets sustainability.

We combine sawdust, cow dung, and binding gum in specific ratios to form a durable and flexible compound. This compound becomes the foundation for our eco-soles — strong, lightweight, and sustainable.

Stage 4 : Technology Integration

Every AZACRAFT product is embedded with a unique QR code.

When scanned, this code links directly to a Google Map location or the Nigerian Police Force contact portal, reinforcing personal and community security while showing that innovation can protect lives.

 Stage 5 :Distribution & Impact

Finally, our finished footwears are distributed to markets, schools, and communities — promoting eco-conscious fashion, job creation, and sustainability across Nigeria.
